What are your shipping policies?

Shipping possibilities are available at checkout using our discounted rate.

Free Shipping is available for orders $75 and over.

Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge with our discounted rate.

Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS. You can make your choice at checkout

Currently we only ship within the United States.

Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays, missing packages, or stolen items once marked “delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly in such cases.

Damaged Items: If you item arrives damage, please email us within 24 hours at 633Products@gmail.com, and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review and interact with you on the appropriate next step whether to issue a refund, or send you a new item, or repair the original one.

Is it possible to pick up my order to save on shipping costs?

If you would like to pick up your product locally, be sure to designate that upon placing the order. Under delivery, click Pick up if you would like to pick up the product at our shop and save the shipping costs.

How long does it take to create my product?

Most of the products are created and personalized when you place your order. Some steps in the process, such as gluing and finishing, take a minimum of 24 hours to complete and cannot be rushed. We will do our best to complete your project in the order it was received and as quickly as possible. For engraving, in most cases you will be sent a photo proof of the style and lettering of the project for your approval. Be sure to reply promptly to the proof request.

Delayed product deliveries, especially during the holiday season, can be avoided by planning ahead and ordering early. We are a small shop, so your consideration is appreciated.

How can I best care for my hardwood product?

Natural woods are beautiful and they also require a certain amount of care. Hand wash and don't put them in the dishwasher.

Our products have a protective finish appropriate for their use. Products that come in contact with food have a food safe finish using a combination of Tung oil, bees wax, and citrus oils. With time the finish will need to be maintained. We can help with that if you wish.

Wood is sensitive to moisture. If your item is left submerged in water it may begin to warp as a result of the wood expanding. Keep your item clean and dry to protect the wood and maintain its shape. If your item warps, let dry completely and it should return to its normal shape.

What is your return policy?

It is our goal to deliver the best product together with the best experience possible. We need to keep in mind that all of our products are handmade upon being ordered, and in most cases are personalized for your needs. Also, slight variations and imperfections are part of what make our products special. Keep in mind that natural wood products have characteristics that we cannot control and are inherent in the materials they are made of. For instance, grain variations are normal. Warping due to extended contact with water or excessive moisture is also normal for natural hardwood products. This can be prevented with proper care and drying.
